TERMS AND CONDITIONS -“No Tension Guaranteed” scheme

1.    This “No Tension Guaranteed” scheme (hereinafter referred as “Scheme”) will start from July 26,, 2010 at all Easy Bill Stores (“EBS”) in India.

 

2.    As per this Scheme, any customer who makes the payment in cash through EBS and has to pay the Late Payment Charges (“LPC”) for the said bill due to Easy Bill Limited (“EBL”) or its Retailer default, than EBL would be liable to pay the said customer an amount of Rs. 100 as compensation. In addition to that, EBL is also liable to bear the said LPC.    

 

3.    The Scheme is available only for cash transactions and subject to providing of mobile no. by the customer before making the bill payment to the EBS. Further, an arrangement for the said Scheme of the EBL with the Bill Issuer is a prerequisite for the availing of the said Scheme by the customer. 

 

4.    Easy Bill would contact the Customer within 3 working days from the date of the communication by the customer to the EBL about the LPC.

 

5.    To avail the said Scheme, the customer must retain the original bill and Easy Bill payment receipt and shall produce the same to EBL along with all the details and enclosures as per the process note given below.   

 

6.    All personal details submitted by the customer must be accurate. Any incorrect or incomplete information found in the transaction will result in disqualification from the Scheme.

 

7.    Bill Payment without this Scheme is also available. There is no additional charge for participating in the Scheme.

 

8.    Since the Registered office of the Easy Bill Limited is situated at Delhi, Court of Law at Delhi shall have the exclusive Jurisdiction in connection with any disputes arising from or related to the Scheme.

 

9.    Easy Bill Ltd. shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any entry, due to any Force Majeure circumstances.

 

10. The eligible customer releases EBL of any liability arising out of acts or omissions related to the Scheme or any terms thereof and agrees to indemnify and hold EBL harmless from any third party claims arising from or related to the Scheme or any terms thereof.

 

11. Easy Bill reserves the right to withdraw or change any term or condition of Scheme at anytime and without assigning any reasons whatsoever at their sole discretion and any prior notice.

 

12. Easy Bill shall be at full liberty to use the name and photographs of the customers for purposes of media coverage, advertisements, and publicity and for being put on Easy Bill website without the payment of any consideration to these customers.
